Our Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus Email Security services protect your organisation by scanning each and every email for dangerous spam and viruses and stopping them before they reach your network. Our Email Security systems scan millions of emails for thousands of email users and protect them completely, every day, all year round.

Our Anti-Spam engines use our own highly sophisticated proprietary technology against spammers. They learn from spam and the 'rules' are continually revised to safeguard your company's email security.
Every spam blocked is placed in an individual email user's 'Definite Spam Quarantine' area, which resides on our scanning platform. Each email user can view their own quarantined spam via a web browser accessed with a secure user name and password. After thirty days the spam emails are deleted.
Our Anti-Virus service works by scanning your company's email using our highly sophisticated anti-virus systems. Corpex Anti Virus deploys software from commercial partners Sophos, and CyberSoft to ensure maximum protection.
For further security, your emails are also passed through our proprietary, heuristics-based scanning programs which search for any suspicious signs of new, as yet undiscovered, viruses.
Every day the system sends an emailed report to each user detailing exactly how many individual spams and viruses have been quarantined. The email also lists details of specific emails of interest and contains a web link to the users secure quarantine areas to enable viewing of held email, releasing if necessary; and for administrators, email usage statistics, management of email accounts, email dispositions, domain wide Black Lists and White Lists and all users quarantines. |
